A few weeks back Camille and Gavin had a perfect Spring day for their wedding at Priston Mill, just up the road from me.  They had been hoping to have their ceremony outside and, as it was such a nice day, the chairs and flower pedestals were set up in the garden and it all looked beautiful. One of the things I like most about a garden ceremony at the mill is that you do really feel like you are in the middle of the countryside; you are surrounded by hay fields and can hear the sounds of the stream, which is relaxing and also really romantic, particularly with a harpist as well.  After the couple had said their vows, guests blew bubbles and showered Camille and Gavin with confetti and it was time for drinks and garden games. Camille and Gavin had met at university playing Ultimate Frisbee so there were quite a few games of frisbee and also boules. Lots of friends and family had flown in from France and all the way from Tokyo, so it was a real chance for everyone to catch up over drinks and canapes.  Soon it was time for dinner and dancing but the evening was sunny and warm enough for drinks on the terrace above the river after the meal – a lovely end to a perfect day. Here are some of my favourite pictures:
