Yesterday I drove down to meet up with Hannah and Lloyd, who are getting married on Saturday in Exeter Cathedral.  It was the most beautiful drive down with the frozen countryside set against a gorgeous blue sky. We met up in the Cathedral, which was looking very festive with all the Christmas decorations, and wandered around the Choir area where the service will be held. For such a big church, it is surprisingly light inside and also quite warm which we were thankful for coming in from the outside!

Afterwards we headed over to Bovey Castle and took some photographs in the lovely grounds there before concluding that on Saturday a golf buggy will definitely be  the way forward to get around!  As the grounds are so large and are a mixture of little valleys and hills – there were some quite colourful areas in the sunshine and other really wintry looking backgrounds, which was lovely to get such a variety.
