Becky and Pete’s wedding at Priston Mill, in the rolling hills just outside Bath, was a warm and welcoming setting for a winter wedding on a crisp day.
I spent the morning at the Queensbury Hotel in Bath, where Becky and her family had stayed the evening before. Becky and I had a quick taxi ride to Jolly’s for Becky to have her make up done, before going back to the hotel for the finishing touches to her preparations.
Becky knew that Pete had arranged a surprise for her and she was clearly overwhelmed and delighted when a horse drawn carriage drew up to take her down to the Mill.
Becky and Pete’s candlelit ceremony was beautiful and moving and, with guests wearing dinner jackets, the atmophere was sophisticated and elegant, yet contemporary.
Becky and Pete are a very soulful couple and we shot some romantic images using the mill and the horses as a background. They then tucked into mulled wine with gusto when we went back inside, while I captured the guests enjoying themselves.
